BBC One Sings Birdsong’s Praises

The best-selling novel has been adapted by Abi Morgan (Iron Lady, The Hour) and produced by Working Title Television.

Eddie Redmayne, who plays young Englishman Stephen Wraysford, says:

The 2×90 minute adaptation is directed by award-winning director Philip Martin (Wallander, Hawking, Prime Suspect) and produced by Lynn Horsford (Any Human Heart, Boy A).

The executive producers are Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Juliette Howell for Working Title and Lucy Richer for the BBC.
